While we are not charging for attendance for the trip on the 13th of December, we are kindly asking for a £20 deposit for all attendees to ensure commitment to the trip due to the limited amount of attendees which we are allowed. Attendees are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation plans, but we will be informing you of the meeting point after registration closes. Attendees will be refunded after the trip has ended.
